After submitting your order, our warranty team will review your request and contact you within 1 business day.
If you selected to receive the part and install it yourself, upon an approved claim, Carefree will ship your no charge replacement part to your address listed on this claim. Please be sure that this is the address you wish to have the replacement part sent to, or correct it now before submitting this claim.
If you have chosen to have Carefree send your part to your dealer for repair, please list the dealership name, phone number and the contact name of who you are currently speaking with at the dealer. Carefree will reach out to that dealership person to coordinate the shipment of the no charge replacement part. Please note: Carefree cannot coordinate schedules and repair times/appointments with your servicing dealer. All warranty parts are shipped via standard ground service. Expedited freight is available. Shipping charges if requested are the responsibility of the owner and can be paid via credit card.
