Production Packers (1st & 2nd shift) - Great starting pay + $500 Quarterly Incentive! - Broomfield

After 90 days, newly hired employees will be eligible for up to an additional $1.00 increase with excellent performance and attendance.  Employees also become eligible for our $500 quarterly incentive program after 90 days of employment too!


We accept walk-in applicants Monday -- Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm.  We are located at 2145 W 6th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020. Please come to the west side Applicant Entrance.

We have immediate full-time openings, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed, for Production Packers who are responsible for the manufacturing and assembly of our awning products; helping to ensure we meet our high quality standards and provide our customers with a world class product.

We have openings on the following shifts (1st and 2nd) for production Packers:

  • 5:00am - 1:30pm, Monday - Friday  
  • 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • 2:00pm - 10:30pm, Monday - Friday
  • 2:45pm - 11:15pm, Monday - Friday 

All positions may be required to work overtime during the week and/or Saturdays.

Previous assembly, electrical or mechanical experience is a plus!

Production packer candidates will need the ability to:

  • Work on a fast-paced production line as part of a team
  • Communicate positively with coworkers and individuals from other departments
  • Stand and walk throughout the shift
  • Carry and/or lift 75 pounds consistently throughout the shift
  • Use hand and power tools
  • Cross train and work in other departments
