Recruiter / Human Resources Administrator - Broomfield

Primary responsibilities of the Recruiter / Human Resources Administrator are:

  • Proactive recruitment, talent acquisition, screening, interviewing and recommending qualified candidates for open positions.
  • Identify, implement, utilize and manage various job posting methods including; job posting boards, social media and non-traditional methods ensuring accuracy and consistency of postings.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting metrics and applicant tracking information.

  • Conduct employee onboarding.

  • Cross-train in other Human Resources related duties including:  FMLA, HIPAA, Work Comp filing, Benefits Administration, etc.

  • Play an active role in encouraging safety awareness throughout the facility on a daily basis.

  • Assist in company-wide training initiatives.

  • Assist employees with Human Resources related questions.

  • Assist the Human Resources Manager and Director of Human Resources with any other administrative duties associated with the running of the department.


In addition to possessing past experience in and the ability to perform the duties outlined above, the qualified candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (a focus in Business Management or Human Resources is a plus).

  • Previous recruiting experience; including identifying and tracking effectiveness of job postings through proper job posting placement, screening and interviewing for both hourly and salaried positions.

  • Experience in a high volume Human Resources office (experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus).

  • PHR or SPHR is a plus.

  • Exemplary attention to detail and problem solving skills.

  • Sense of urgency and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in order to meet deadlines.

  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Power Point and ADP or other HR software.

  • Stable and verifiable work history.
