Our Customer Service Department is responsible for driving new sales growth and opportunities, providing world class service and technical support to our valued customers including responding to questions regarding order status, technical mechanical product application, service information, pricing and warranty related issues.
We have an immediate opening for a professional, experienced, problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Manager.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Manager position include the following:
Develop and manage a Customer Service team focused on generating new sales of Carefree product.
Manage the Customer Service, Warranty & Order Entry call center team to ensure the highest level of customer care is provided to our customers in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
Apply experience and judgment in identifying and resolving customer service issues by proactively researching and professionally responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Coordinate initiatives to reduce warranty through compilation and analysis of warranty data, identifying trends, investigating root cause, participating in the identification of a solution by working with various departments, and reporting such data from which business decisions may be made.
Develop, document and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures, prepare reports and compile data for analysis.
Qualified candidates for the Customer Service Manager position must possess the following:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in management of customer sales, service & product support in a call center environment
Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
Proven outstanding customer service management with a high degree of professionalism
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to speak in group settings and give presentations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of products
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to quickly identify and analyze data and warranty trends and initiate improvement projects to reduce warranty cost while communicating and working with other departments
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships and work cohesively in a team environment
Display an extremely high degree of focus, persistence, and follow-up in resolving any support issues
